According to J.D. Power Ratings the Montana SV6’s, initial quality and appeal is below average though its green efficiency is about average. Promised but not delivered during the model year was an optional 240-hp V6. It gets 2nd-row side airbags for 2006 and comes with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. A 201 hp, V6 engine, 196 hp with AWD and 4-speed automatic transmission are standard. Power operation for the sliding side doors is optional.
