The F350 boasts several choices to the consumer like 2WD or 4WD, wheel drive configurations, Regular Cab, Super Cab, or Crew Cab body styles, short or long bed lengths, and three trim levels, XL, LT, or Lariat. Engine choices include the Triton 5.4 litres V-8 and 6.8 litres V-10, and the power stroke 6.0 litres diesel engine.
Ford's TorqShift heavy-duty five-speed automatic transmission is offered on all engine choices along side the standard six-speed manual transmission. Other available upgrade packages include the FX4 off-road package for 4WD models, XLT Sport package, and an advanced security group that features power locks, remote keyless entry, and auto-on headlamps is also available.

Ford F350 Lariat trims, has 4-door lariat pickup SRW, 5.4 litres V-8, 300-horse power and 6.8 litres V10 engine, 362-horse power.
