Toyota Camry
The Toyota Motor Corporation, or simply called Toyota, is a Japanese multinational corporation and the world's second largest automaker that manufactures automobiles, trucks, buses and robots and the world's eighth largest company. The company was founded in 1933 by Kiichiro Toyoda. Since then, Toyota has become one of the most successful and profitable Japanese companies. Toyota Motor Corporation was established as an independent company in 1937. The Toyota Camry is a mid-size car assembled by Toyota in Georgetown, Kentucky, USA, as well as Altona, Victoria, Australia, and in Japan. The Camry has been the best selling car in the United States for eight of the last nine years starting in 1997. The United States is the Camry's largest consumer market, where it mainly competes with the Honda Accord, Mazda6, Chevy Malibu, Ford Fusion and the Nissan Altima. The Toyota Camry comes as a midsize four-door sedan in five trim levels. The base CE counts 16-inch wheels, air conditioning, power windows and mirrors, cruise control, a tilt and telescoping steering wheel, and a six-speaker audio system with a CD, compact disk player. The Camry LE adds keyless entry and an eight-way power driver seat. The SE includes a sport-tuned suspension, 17-inch alloy wheels, and special interior and exterior styling details. The luxurious XLE pampers its occupants with a 440-watt JBL sound system that incorporates blue tooth technology, a moonroof, wood-tone accents, reclining rear seats, an automatic dual-zone climate control system with a high-tech air filter. The Toyota Camry sedan is available in Standard, LE, SE and XLE trims. The standard basics features offered are, power locks and windows, cruise control and a CD player, but has limited option availability. Toyota Camry power trains and performance are standard on all trim levels with a 2.4-liters inline, four 158 horsepower and 161 pound-feet of torque paired to either a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. A potent 3.5-liters V6 engine mated to a new six-speed automatic gearbox that offers manual-shift capability that is available on the LE, SE and XLE trims. With the V6 engine, the Camry can reach 60 mph, Miles Per Hour in just 6.5 seconds.
