Porsche Cayman
Porsche is a German sports car manufacturer, founded in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche. Porsche is made two types of car, they are Porsche 911 and Porsche Cayman. Still the quintessential sports car after four decades, the 2006 Porsche Cayman has a unique blend of style, performance and sound that's unmatched by anything on the road. This car was awarded the editors' most wanted vehicles for 2007. Having a Consumer Rating of 9.6, this car is a Compact Coupe built in Germany coming in two available trims with exterior colors of Arctic Silver Metallic, Atlas Grey Metallic, Basalt Black Metallic, Black, Carmon Red Metallic, Carrara White, Cobalt Blue Metallic, Dark Olive Metallic, Dark Teal Metallic, Forest Green Metallic, GT Silver Metallic and Guards Red. And interior colors of Black leather, Brown premium leather, Cocoa premium leather, Grey premium leather, Leather Interior to Sample premium leather, Stone Grey leather and Terracotta premium leather. Though there was only one trim available in the year 2006, of the 2-door, rear-wheel drive, S Coupe, having a 6 cylinder, 3.4 liter and 295 horsepower engine with manual transmission giving 20 miles per gallon within the city and 27 on the highway, there are two trims available for the year 2007 of the 2-door Coupe and the 2-door S Coupe. Both are rear-wheel drives with manual transmission with the Coupe having a 6 cylinder, 2.7 Liter and 245 horsepower engine with the Environmental Protection Agency estimating the mileage at 23 miles per gallon within the city and 32 on the highway and the S Coupe having a 6 cylinder, 3.4 Liter and 295 horsepower engine with the Environmental Protection Agency estimates the mileage at 20 miles per gallon within the city and 28 on the highway. The S Coupe with a fuel tank capacity of 16.9 gallons provides for a 354.9 mile run within the city and 473.2 on the highway and the Coupe provides for a 388.7 mile run within the city and 540.8. Standard additional features on both cars include four wheel Antilock Brakes, de-powered, passenger, head and side airbags, traction control and stability control, though child safety seats are not available.
