Infiniti M45
Infiniti is a subsidiary of Nissan, founded in 1989. Infiniti is a Japanese automobile manufacturer Nissan's luxury brand in the United States, Canadian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, South Korean and Taiwanese markets. Nissan also has plans to release Infiniti into many European markets, China, as well as in Japan. Infiniti vehicles are conventionally based on the similar automobile platforms as Nissan models.
Infiniti M45 features a 4.5-liter V8 that pumps out 335 horsepower and 340 pounds-feet of torque. A five-speed automatic with auto manual capability and downshift rev matching is standard. At the track, that drive train gets the sedan from zero to 60 mph, miles per hour in 5.7 seconds and through the quarter-mile in 14.4 seconds at 99.6 mph.
Infiniti M45 sedan is offered in two trim levels, base and Sport. Each one is furnished with leather upholstery, a 10-way adjustable driver seat with memory, one-touch up and down power windows, dual-zone automatic climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, heated outside mirrors and wood trim. The Sport model includes rear active steering, sport suspension, upgraded wheels, adaptive HID, High Intensity Discharge headlamps, aluminum interior trim and climate controlled sport seats. Options include a DVD-based navigation system, voice recognition technology and laser-based clever cruise control.
The Interior is well appointed and features ultra soft leather seating and Brazilian Rosewood trim. Its firm seats are considerably adjustable, universally comfortable and heavily bolstered. Overall, the interior of this Infiniti car is well built and gorgeous but its decor can be a bit busy. Infiniti M45 wears a full set of vented disc brakes, supplemented by ABS, Antilock Braking System and the usual luxury car fare electronic brake force distribution and brake assist. All Infiniti M45 models also feature front seat side impact airbags, front and rear side curtain airbags and active head restraints for the front seats.
The automotive press has awarded the Infiniti M several best in class awards in direct comparisons against its competitors. Despite entering a very crowded, competitive segment in which almost every member has been recently redesigned, the Infiniti M series still managed to find many key distinctions such as both the M35 and M45 are fastest in their class. The Infiniti M is near or at the top of every interior dimension. Infiniti M45 is a car where you will find comfort, space and an incomparable style at the same time providing high efficiency and strong performance.
