Knudtsen Chevrolet is located at Polston Avenue, Post Falls, Idaho. Clifford E. Knudtsen and his brother, Wayne G. Knudtsen, founded Knudtsen Chevrolet Corporation in 1939. The dealership was purchased by the brothers from W.Z. Cooper and opened for business as Knudtsen Chevrolet on June 12, 1939. The dealership was located on the southwest corner of 4th Street and Coeur d'Alene Ave.
Eve Knudtsen is currently the dealer and president of Knudtsen Chevrolet Corporation She received the 2006 time magazine quality dealer award at the national automobile dealers association convention in Orlando Florida. Ms. Knudtsen was one of 66 nominated by a peer group of over 19,500 auto dealers nationwide. The coveted award is presented for excellence in dealer commitment to community service.
