The dealership has four different departments namely sales, finance, service and parts. Ray Viles Ford has held the Blue Oval Certification since its inception and has received the President’s Award for three years running. The family of dealership prides itself on caring for the customer’s needs during and after sale. Ray Viles Sr. is the owner and general manager.
Sales department of new car works 7days a week. Their sales department has one purpose to exceed ones expectations from test drive to delivery. Their professional sales team is committed to a no-pressure, high integrity approach to your ownership experience. Their goal is to feel that the vehicle one drive away in is the perfect one for the client. The used car sales department works 6 days a week. Gary Viles II is new car sales manager and Rochie Viles is the used car manager.
Service department works 6 days a week. Their state-of-the-art facility features the most current diagnostic and repair equipment available and their highly skilled factory-trained technicians will deliver efficient, quality vehicle care. Their technicians are trained and carry all basic maintenance needs namely oil and filter changes, inspections, fluid replacements, windshield wiper blades, belts and tune ups. Jerry Lamb and Clark Belger are handling this department.
Genuine Parts are built to exacting specifications to help enhance the vehicle’s performance. The parts department works 6 days a week. They offer the same high quality parts your vehicle was built with and they keep a large inventory of these certified parts in stock at all times. Jim Keaton is heading this department. They have assembled a team of professionals specializing in a variety of financial solutions. They work with many financial institutions to assist every customer with their unique credit needs. Guy Thorpe is the finance manager.
