This all-new Mock's facility features nearly 28,000 square feet of space with a 2,800 square foot showroom, 20 new service bays and four automotive detailing bays. Gene Mock is a general manager, and Lance Daniels is a general sales manager of the dealership. The entire dealership was built with customer convenience being the number one priority. Special customer features include a new drive-up service department, so the customer never has to get out of their vehicle. In addition, a new 25-minute or less quick lube with drive in access is located right next to the service department. Today the Mock's dealership fills two full city blocks. The dealership has expanded from a single dealership in 1957 to offer the full line of new model Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and Mazda cars, trucks, vans and sport utility vehicles today. They also feature a great selection of program cars, luxury program cars, used cars, trucks, vans and sport utility vehicles. Their hard work has paid off with countless satisfied customers throughout the region. As another measure of their success, they have been honored more than any other Southern Oregon dealership with Ford's prestigious North American Customer Excellence Award, which recognizes outstanding customer satisfaction through progressive management, dedicated employees, and high standards of operational excellence. This dealership provides new cars and pre-owned cars. For customer convenience they use an appointment system that allocates manpower and parts, so when customers visit the dealership they will be prepared to get you on your way with minimal delay. The dealership has five different departments namely sales, finance, service, parts, and body shop.
